Happy with bed unhappy with delivery

The bed looks good and the storage component is great cannot fault it.
The delivery I can. Arrived a week later than stated , could not really track item then they refused to help me lift it off the truck when it did arrive.

This would have to be the best online purchase I have ever made …I purchased the gaslight bed for our holiday house on Yorke Peninsula SA…my third purchase from this company …not only did the product meet my expectations and more but the delivery was amazing. For the price, the bed base is extremely well made and assembly was a breeze…great quality …everything went together perfectly. The delivery was sensational..I ordered on the Sunday and it was delivered free of charge to a small rural hamlet on SA on the Wednesday …from Sydney..I don’t know of any other company that would provide that service…great job Ontrendideas…I will certainly be back again 👏👍😊
