Cancellation Policy

How to cancel:

Contact our team via email as soon as you have placed an order, provide your order details and the reason for the cancellation. Please note we despatch within 24 hours so you need to request a cancellation as soon as possible after you place the order. Important to note: We may not be able to cancel an order if its too close to the shipping deadline, so in that case we will advise to either wait for the item to arrive and return it or we can try and put in a redirect to stop the order from getting to you. There may be return costs involved if we need to return or redirect your order.

Redirecting orders:

We may be able to redirect your order to a new address once the order has shipped. Please contact us and provide all the details and our team will advise if this is possible and if there are any fees involved. Updating shipping addresses before an order has shipped is possible, just contact our team quickly after placing the order.
